Politiko son Sandro Marcos wants critics of his father, former Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong Marcos Jr., to finally see him in a new light.
The younger Marcos shared a seven-minute interview of his father being interviewed for Christmas.
“If you don’t like my dad, watch this. Merry Christmas, everyone,” said Sandro.
In the video, Bongbong was asked what Christmas meant for him. His answer was simple: It’s all about his children.
“Christmas? It always means to me the time for family. Like my friend used to say, Filipinos celebrate Christmas like we invented it, which is pretty close to the truth. And as I’ve grown older, more and more, it’s really all about the kids,” said Bongbong.
“It’s really about the children. And if the kids aren’t enjoying Christmas, there’s something wrong. It’s for the kids, really, to live out their little fantasies, every year,” he added.
