Vigan City, Ilocos Sur Mayor Bonito Singson tested positive for COVID-19, the government announced Thursday, August. 11.
In a public advisory, the lgu reported that the Politiko’s results came back on Wednesday. It added that Mayor Singson is experiencing the symptoms of the disease.
However, Mayor Singson assured residents that business will run as usual in the city hall and that government offices will remain open to the public.
