The Ilocos Norte province recorded its 28th and 29th cases of COVID-19 on Saturday, August 1.
This was announced in a Facebook post by Ilocos Norte Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc.
As of Saturday, the politiko said his province now has a total of 29 confirmed cases of COVID-19, with 23 still active. Still, Ilocos Norte already has six recovered patients and none of the confirmed cases so far have died of COVID-19.
“All COVID-19 patients, including suspect and probable cases admitted in our respective hospitals and quarantine facilities, are receiving proper treatment,” Manotoc’s Facebook post said.
