The resilience of Isabela is amazing.
Congressman Antonio “Tonypet” Albano shared a video of him and Isabela residents working together to provide relief goods to those affected by recent flooding that hit the province.
“Bayanihan is a term in Tagalog to say that we collectively help one another! And so we Filipinos, especially in times of need, we band together, rich and poor, high and low, to help out those who are in dire need,” said Albano on Tuesday, December 8.
“Tulong tulong para sa mga taong nasalanta sa pagbaha. (Collectively helping for those who are flooded). May God teach our people cooperation and collective sacrifices, so that we can withstand any problems, devastation, and calamities that come our way,” he added.
