The Pangasinan politiko has filed House Bill No. 4080 that mandates the development of tourism in Manaoag and nearby areas.
“It is with the best interest of the government to provide a comprehensive development plan to cater to the needs of the tourists visiting Manaoag considering our commitment to preserving and developing our national heritage,” De Venecia said.
He explained that the bill was not acted upon in the Senate during the 17th Congress.
