Pangasinan 4th District Representative Christopher “Toff” de Venecia just can’t get enough of tuyo!

The politiko posted about the “thriving” tuyo industry in his province.

“Aside from the coconut goodness of Tupig, beautiful beaches, and historical churches in San Fabian, the town is also known for an abundance of dried fish delicacies commonly known as ‘Tuyo.’ It has a thriving tuyo industry, which we aim to further boost through technical assistance and infrastructure projects,” said De Venecia.

“Tuyo is a favorite staple in Filipinos breakfasts. It can be paired with various dishes such as champorado, enchilada of salted egg and tomatoes, and fried egg with rice. Halina’t tikman ang produkto ng Pangasinan! Halina sa San Fabian!” he added.
