A two-year old boy and a 38-year-old person with disability were killed in two separate road accidents in Ilocos Norte on Tuesday, March 14.
Police identified the toddler victim as Charles Gian Kenept who died after accidentally being run over by his uncle’s van in Vintar, Ilocos Norte. According to the investigation, he died because of a fatal head injury and was declared dead on arrival.
In Paoay, Gasat Cabuyadao was hit by an SUV traveling southward while crossing a thoroughfare along the Paoay-Bacarra road in the town. He was also declared dead on arrival by attending doctors in a hospital in Batac City.
