SC to Robredo, Marcos: Stop discussing electoral protest to media

0 224

The Supreme Court (SC) reminded the camps of Vice President Leni Robredo and former senator Bongbong Marcos to refrain from talking about the latter’s electoral protest to the media.

This after Robredo’s lawyer Romulo Macalintal had a radio interview discussing the possible results of Marcos’ electoral protest.

But SC Spokesman Brian Keith Hosaka said both camps should respect the “sub judice” rule.

The two camps were previously fined P50,000 each for continuous statements to the media on the case.
