The Supreme Court (SC) junked the motion of former senator Bongbong Marcos to probe the “Pansol outing” of court personnel with Vice President Leni Robredo’s revisors.
The SC, acting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET), said it has already conducted an investigation into the issue even before the Ilocos Norte politiko urged it to do so.
Marcos earlier said the Pansol outing with Robredo’s revisor was a violation of the Code of Conduct for Court Personnel and the Canon of Judicial Ethics.
The Marcos camp also claimed there is a “conspiracy” between the PET staff and the Robredo camp.
The Robredo camp, in response, said Marcos knew about the Pansol outing and even sent food to the PET staff.
