The San Carlos city government is distributing 218,000 pieces of reusable face masks to residents to help contain the spread of the coronavirus disease (COVID19).
Secretary to the Mayor Jhuliano Nazareno said the face masks are free for residents.
Residents age six years and above can get face masks from the city government.
Nazareno said the city councilors are in charge of giving away the facee masks in their respective districts.
He also said the city goverment has started distributing quarantine identification cards (Q-ID) per family.
The Q-IDs will replace the disposable quarantine pass.
