The remains of the Cessna plane crash victims were successfully brought to Cauayan City, Isabela, local officials reported.
“At 8:39AM, the chopper carrying the remains of the crash victims landed at the Tactical Operations Group (TOG) 2, Cauayan, Isabela,” Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office spokesperson Joshua Apinat said through a media advisory.
The search and retrieval team was able to reach the crash site last Saturday, March 11. The PDRRMO cited bad weather conditions that contributed to the delay of transporting the remains.
