Laoag City Mayor Michael Marcos Keon believes his cousin, former Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., still has a shot of winning the presidency.
The politiko urged Marcos to “go all the way in 2022” as he greeted his cousin a happy birthday on Sunday, September 13.
“Hey, beloved kasinsin! Happy birthday! I wish you all the best. You know, Bong, you and I have known one another for many years. We’ve been through a lot. I believe that in the future we’ll go through more,” Keon said.
“I know that you’ve had a recent problem with the Big C, but everyone has told me that you’ve recovered and that you’re now preparing for 2022. Beloved kasinsin, go all the way in 2022! And we will all [be] behind you. More power to you! God bless. Happy birthday again!” he added.
Marcos had been infected with COVID-19 but was able to recover from the disease in April.
