Ilocos Sur Vice Governor Ryan Singson gives it his all in everything he does – even following the costume in Christmas parties.
Singson won as the “best dressed” politiko during the League of Vice Governors of the Philippines’ Gatsby-themed Christmas party on Thursday, December 1.
Singson pretty much looked the party with his pinstripe suit, black tie, and fedora.
The Vice Governor was surprised he won the award.
“Wow! Agyamanak!” said Singson on Instagram.
