Ilocos Norte Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc’s mouth must have watered after he proudly ate a lot of bibimpap on Monday, February 22.

The Ilocano politiko shared a photo of the Korean rice bowl he ate with gusto on his Instagram Stories.

“What I overate last night,” said Manotoc.
