Ilocos Norte Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc just loves joking around with his girlfriend, Miss Earth 2014 Jamie Herrell.
The couple is currently in the United States to celebrate Herrell’s birthday with their friends, among them matinee idol Piolo Pascual.
But the North Luzon politiko was aghast when Herrell did not tag Papa P himself when she posted photos of her birthday celebration on Instagram on Wednesday, July 13.
“OMG you didn’t tag Papa P @piolo_pascual,” Manotoc commented on Herrell’s post.
