Alaminos City Mayor Bryan Celeste just loves cracking jokes.
The North Luzon politiko on Friday, May 26, poked fun at a group of young boys about to get their free haircuts from the city government.
Celeste, who got his own haircut a few days earlier, posed for a picture with the boys and imagined how they probably look like.
“Soon to be egg tray dahil sa libreng gupit,” the mayor said on Instagram.
