Itogon Mayor Victorio Palangdan on October 14 said practicing crop rotation in the province will stabilize prices of produce.
The Benguet politiko made the remark after attending the a talk on Crop Production Programming led by Provincial Agriculturist Lita Bentres.
Palangdan explained that synchronized crop rotation among farmers will benefit the whole province.
“This aims to synchronize planting activities of the farmers to yield maximum returns,” he said.
“This will further stabilize prices of commodities and hopefully the supply and demand,” Palangdan added.
