Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong said he does not want to impose a liquor ban for the third time this year.
The Baguio politiko made the remark after the Summer Capital has eased restrictions amid the coronavirus disease (COVID19) pandemic.
Magalong has allowed residents to go outside for social and physical activities.
But he also reminded residents to practice social distancing.
“Socialize, but do so with social distancing,” Magalong said.
“The Covid-19 Inter-Agency Task Force should not be constrained to implement a third liquor ban,” he added.
