Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong admitted that traffic congestion in the Summer Capital cannot be fully solved.
The Baguio politiko explained that the city’s roads can only accommodate 15,000 vehicles.
But up to 64,000 vehicles currently ply Baguio’s roads.
The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) recently conducted data gathering on Baguio’s traffic situation.
Magalong said the overall project cost of the traffic study is around P1.5 million.
But he added that the MMDA is conducting the study for free.
