Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong said he has approved a limited number of activities for this year’s Panagbenga.
The Baguio politiko said this is part of the city government’s efforts to revitalize the Summer Capital’s tourism industry.
Magalong said he has approved a landscaping competition because it will not draw a huge crowd.
He also said there will be no streetdancing and float parades this year.
Last year’s Panagbenga was cancelled because of the coronavirus disease (COVID19) pandemic.
