Mayor Fernandez: Dagupan to install additional traffic lights
Dagupan City Mayor Belen Fernandez said the city government will install additional traffic lights to aid in traffic decongestion.
The Pangasinan politiko said they have already began the bidding for the second phase of the traffic light installation.
The first phase of the project cost around P8.5 million.
Fernandez said the second phase will have traffic installed at the intersection of the Dagupan-Binmaley Highway, Arco Street, Judge Jose de Venecia Expressway, Perez Boulevard. corner Zamora Street, Nueva Street, and in front of the University of Pangasinan.
She also called on motorists to help in the traffic decongestion by following traffic rules and regulations.
