Tabuk City Mayor Darwin Estrañero has released guidelines for returning residents stranded in other areas.
The guidelines came after the city has been downgraded to general community quarantine (GCQ).
The Tabuk politiko, in an executive order, said local stranded individuals (LSI) need to get an authority to travel from the local government unit, Police Regional Office (PRO). or regional inter-agency task force where they are stranded.
Estrañero also said LSIs must secure health certificates that they are free from the coronavirus disease (COVID19).
If the LSI is a minor, parents or immediate family members must request a letter of acceptance from the Tabuk city government.
