Echague Mayor Kiko Dy has signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with the Isabela State University (ISU) Echague to promote the culture and arts of the municipality.
The Isabela politiko and ISU-Echague President Ricmar Aquino signed the MOA on October 2.
The MOA states that student performers from ISU-Echague will promote the municipality’s culture and arts through singing, dancing, and acting.
ISU-Echague, under the MOA, will also create a pool of trainers and performers that the Echague municipal government can tap during occasions.
The Echague municipal government, in turn, will give financial assistance and training modules to student performers.
