Outgoing Baguio City Mayor Mauricio Domogan has accepted his defeat in his bid for the congressional seat during the May 13 elections. He lost to incumbent Baguio City Representative Mark Go.
On May 14, Domogan said he has learned his lesson even in defeat.
“Thank you very much for your support, and congratulations to all the winners. The fight is over, and in defeat there is a lesson. Rest assured, I will continue to serve our beloved city in my capacity as a private citizen,” said the politiko.
“My utmost gratitude again to all. Agyamanak apo. Dios ti agngina,” added Domogan.
