Baguio City Mayor Mauricio Domogan on May 16 said the recent barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) elections were generally “orderly, peaceful and violence-free.”
The Baguio politiko also said the same could be said with other parts of Cordillera.
Domogan lauded the cooperation of the local government units, Commission on Elections (Comelec), Department of Education (DepEd), and other sectors during the elections.
He said elections in Baguio City and Benguet were always peaceful.
Domogan also said violence is never justified no matter how heated the election campaign is.
