Baguio City Mayor Mauricio Domogan said the city government is all set for the 2019 Panagbenga Flower Festival.
The Summer Capital will begin the 38-day festivities starting February 1.
A parade of street dancers from participating elementary and secondary schools will open the Panagbenga.
The Baguio Blooms Exposition and Exhibition will also be opened around the skating rink of Burnham Park.
“We are all set for the grand opening parade that will signal the start of our flower festival,” Domogan said.
“We hope that there will be no unnecessary delays in the plans that we have prepared for this year’s festival so that we can proceed with the activities as planned,” he added.
