Alaminos City Mayor Bryan Celeste listed down five things that Alaminians can do to conserve the ocean.
The politiko, who has been scuba diving to help scoop out trash around the Hundred Islands, gave these tips to his constituents to mark World Oceans Day on Tuesday, June 8.
Among the ocean-saving tips listed by Celeste include:
– Conserve water.
– Choose non-toxic and biodegradable products if possible.
– Reduce waste.
– Reduce one’s carbon footprint.
– Use less energy.
“Let’s do our part to keep our oceans and the marine flora and fauna thriving. Happy World Oceans Day, Alaminians!” said Celeste.
