Baguio City Representative Mark Go vowed to institute measures that will further lower fuel prices in the Summer Capital.
The Baguio politiko said that despite achieving “small victories” during his first term, he wants to do more to lower fuel prices.
Go previously initiated a probe into the fuel price disparity in Baguio and other provinces.
“We started a formal inquiry to help us understand why fuel prices in Baguio are much higher than that in nearby provinces,” he said.
“In June 2018, through numerous dialogues and negotiations, we were able to reduce the disparity in prices,” Go added.
