Baguio City Representative Mark Go urged the public to “remain strong” amid the community quarantine because of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
The Baguio politiko said he and his staff are still working at home.
“Indeed, this is a challenging time. We are facing many limitations, fears and heartache, but we must always remain strong and have faith,” he said.
“Please be assured that we are silently working for our city and country,” Go added.
He also lauded his staff for continuing to work.
“To my staff, thank you for all your hard work during this difficult time. For the past few days since we began our community quarantine in Baguio, our team composed of only a handful of people have been silently repacking and distributing rice to different groups in need of daily sustenance,” he said.
