Baguio City Representative Mark Go expressed optimism that he “will take home many meaningful inputs” at the 108th session of the International Labor Conference at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland.
The Baguio politiko is an official delegate together with several other lawmakers from the Philippines.
Go said his learnings will be vital to “the crafting of relevant and purposeful legislative measures in the 18th Congress.”
He also said he attended thematic forums on jobs and skills for the future, digital economy and social justice, multilateralism for an equitable future of work, and business for decent work.
Go also said he participated in forums on technological pathways and policy reforms to ensure decent work in various work environment.
