Mark Go grows vegetables while stuck at home

Baguio City Representative Mark Go has taken to growing vegetables while at home during the enhanced community quarantine.

The Baguio politiko said growing vegetables has become part of his morning exercise.

“As part of my morning exercise that helps lessen stress and because my wife and kids love vegetables, I started my own vegetable garden in January 2020,” Go said.

He also said urged residents to keep themselves healthy by eating healthy food.

“All of us, young and old, have to keep our immune system healthy,” Go said.

“During this COVID-19 pandemic, please do your best to eat healthy food and exercise daily even when at home. Please continue following our community quarantine guidelines and stay home. Let us also not forget to continue praying,” he added.
