Baguio City Representative Mark Go said the Summer Capital’s rehabilitation should be led by the city’s people.
The Baguio politiko explained that the city’s rehabilitation must not only be for tourists but more so for its residents.
“Baguio’s rehabilitation must be people centric. It should improve the quality of life, health, and happiness of the people,” Go said.
He also said the rehab plan should support the Baguio, La Trinidad, Itogon, Sablan, Tuba and Tublay (BLISTT) community.
“Baguio’s rehabilitation should be holistic, longterm and should preserve and enhance the environment, not destroy,” he said.
