Mankayan Mayor Frenzel Ayong said the town now has a total of 217 isolation beds.
The town is currently experiencing a spike in coronavirus disease (COVID19) cases.
The new isolation beds were identified in some public schools and apartments.
Ayong lauded the owners of apartments for allowing the use of their facilities as temporary isolation areas.
The discovery of many asymptomatic cases in the Lepanto mine camp brought about the surge in COVID19 cases.
