La Union Governor Rafy Ortega-David heaped praises on her father, former governor Pacoy Ortega, as he celebrated his birthday.
The North Luzon politiko on Sunday, March 26, said she will always be grateful for everything her father has done for their family.
“To the first man that I love, I will always be grateful for everything you have done for our family,” said David on Facebook.
She said now that she is a parent herself, she understands her father even more.
“Now that I am a parent myself, I appreciate all the love and care you’ve given us, especially to our Ino. On your special day, I wish and pray only for the best for you,” David said.
“Happy happy birthday, Papa! I love you always, in all ways!” she added.
