Isabela 1st District Representative Tonypet Albano is one proud brother to Governor Rodito Albano III.
The North Luzon politiko kept his birthday message for Rodito short but sweet last March 2.
Tonypet wished for more blessings to come for his older brother, then praised him for how he has been leading Isabela so far.
