The Pangasinan Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) reported that at least eight families or 26 individuals have evacuated due to flooding as of July 29, Thursday.

In an interview, PDRRMO emergency operation center director Ron Castillo said that seven of the families were residents of Dagupan City, while the other one was rescued from Lingayen.

“Floodwaters level ranges from 0.5 foot minimum to four feet deep maximum,” he said. Castillo added that they are still to determine the total number of losses and confirm casualties caused by the natural disaster.
