La Union launches free shuttle service for pregnant women, seniors, PWDs

Dec 7, 2018 @ 12:53

The La Union provincial government has launched a free shuttle service for pregnant women, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities going to and fro the provincial capitol.

The launch of the free shuttle service was in time for the opening of the Capitol Hill Christmas Village opened last November 30.

La Union Governor Pacoy Ortega urged locals “to not forget the true meaning of Christmas.”

He said that its true meaning is “the birth of the Lord Jesus Christ to save the human race from their sins”.

“Let us continue to pray for our province and for our family,” Ortega said.
