Senator Imee Marcos donated ready-to-eat meals and medicines to residents of Isabela who were badly affected by Typhoon Ulysses.
The Ilocano politiko distributed several relief items to evacuees in Cabagan, San Pablo, Santo Tomas, and Tumauini towns on Friday, November 20.
Marcos said she doesn’t want any of the affected residents to get sick.
“Kinakabahan ako na ang susunod diyan ay sakit. Magkakasakit ang mga senior citizens, mga bata, mga vulnerable sa ating populasyon. I’m worried that they are going to get sick,” she said in a Facebook post.
