Guico ends Espino’s bid for third term as governor in Pangasinan

The provincial board of canvassers in Pangasinan has proclaimed Governor-elect Ramon Guico III and Vice Governor-elect Mark Lambino on Wednesday, May 11.

The Politiko, who was the fifth district Pangasinan representative, defeated incumbent Governor Amado Espino III by a margin of 187,465 votes. Amado was running for his third term as governor.

Meanwhile, Lambino got 877,948 votes, beating Provincial Board Member Nikiboy Reyes by a margin of 327, 221 votes.
