Kalinga Governor Ferdinand Tubban commended the provincial office of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) for its role in job generation.
The Kalinga politiko said TESDA has been crucial in giving opportunities for people with no formal education and out-of-school youths.
Tubban also called on TESDA graduates use the skills they obtained from TESDA to provide for their families.
He added that the provincial government will assist them in job placement.
“We want to see trained and skilled family heads having jobs than merely those having obtained skills from the program,” Tubban said.
