Kalinga Governor Ferdinand Tubban said patients may still access dialysis and chemotherapy treatments despite the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ).
The Kalinga politiko said the province already has a list of patients who need dialysis or chemotherapy.
There are only four medical facilities in Kalinga.
Out of the four only Almore General Hospital has dialysis facilities
The hospital can only serve up to 20 dialysis patients per day.
Tubban said other patients may go medical facilities in Cagayan and Isabela.
He explained that patients needing medical attention are exempted from the ECQ.
