Is this the future of coronavirus safety up north?
Ilocos Sur Governor Ryan Singson found what appears to be a hybrid face mask and face shield on Monday, May 17.
The politiko posed with the device and shared his selfie on his Instagram Stories. Singson’s mask covered half of his face and it also featured protection for his eyes.
“Puwede,” Singson said in his post.
Should the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases allow the use of the mask that Singson was wearing, it would mean less expenses for Filipinos who are currently required to wear face masks and face shields in public places.
