Nueva Vizcaya Governor Carlos Padilla said that the construction of roads in the province “must not end.”
The Nueva Vizcaya politiko said an interconnected province will ensure a bright future for its economy.
He also said he does not want a “dead-end barangay.”
“We do not want to have what we call a dead-end barangay where the road ends and one has to go back to where he came from,” Padilla said.
“Our roads must not end. Every barangay must be inter-connected even to the other municipalities so that our agriculture and economy would live. That is why during the term of former Governor Ruth R. Padilla and with the help of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP), headed by Vice Governor Epifanio LD Galima Jr.; road projects were implemented in different parts of the province including the roads that connects the barangays of Villaverde,” he added.
