The week was just starting but Ilocos Norte Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc was already finding it hard to not to give in to his cravings!
On Monday, September 14, the politiko posted a photo of himself back when he was a kid and about to eat a huge slice of cake.
“New week. New opportunity. To eat cake,” Manotoc said on his Instagram post.
