Gov Diclas might reopen Benguet’s trekking sites

Benguet Governor Melchor Diclas said he is considering the opening of trekking sites in the province.

The Benguet politiko said trekking sites may be opened if local government units (LGU) will require tourists to pre-book visits.

Diclas said pre-booking will enable LGUs to easily monitor tourists.

Most tourism sites in Benguet remain closed during the Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ).
