Extend pa more! Isabela City moves end of ‘GCQ bubble’ until May 9


Isabela City Mayor Bernard Faustino Dy announced the extension of the “GCQ bubble” until May 9, Sunday, as more COVID-19 cases were recorded in the city.

In an official statement, the Politiko expressed that while the bubble was supposed to end on Sunday, he decided to extend it for another week after at least 11 new cases were added to the city’s tally.

On April 26, the city first imposed the GCQ bubble, closing some public places where people usually gather and spread the virus. Quarantine enforcement teams had been reinforced to tighten city checkpoints.
