Only Ilocos Norte Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc can get away with trolling his mother, Senator Imee Marcos.
The North Luzon politiko poked fun at his mother online as she posted about her financial aid distrbution for persons with disabilities (PWDs) in Pasig on Friday, December 2.
In the photo, Marcos can be seen touching the cheek of a male PWD, who was crying after receiving the cash grant.
“Sana all! Well-done, Mom!” Manotoc said in the comments section.
