Former Ifugao Congressman Teddy Baguilat Jr. slammed the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) for reviving its push for charter change in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The politiko said this in a Facebook post on Monday, May 18, after the DILG instructed its regional offices to continue gathering signatures for its push to change the 1987 Constitution.
Ayusin muna natin mass testing at paano bangunin ang ekonomiya,” Baguilat said.
