Vigan City Councilor Janina Medina-Fariñas must have had a relaxing Sunday.

The politiko told her Instagram followers on Sunday, February 21, that weekends are for dreaming. And the rest of the week? They’re for realizing those dreams.

“Weekends are for dreaming. Now on to spending the week realizing them! Hope everybody had a good and rejuvenating weekend too,” said Fariñas.
