Ilocos Norte has honored one of its sons, Chief Justice Diosdado Peralta, during Pammadayaw last February 7.
The Chief Justice hails from Laoag City.
Pammadayaw is an Ilocano word that means to give honor to a person.
Peralta’s Pammadayaw was hosted by the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Ilocos Norte chapter.
IBP Ilocos Norte said Peralta’s “reputation has always been impeccable and remains to be an epitome of integrity and competence.”
They also said Peralta is known for his “speedy resolution and disposition of cases.”
